  Architect Renzo Piano designed this more than 10,000 square feet of indoor gallery space, and the one and a half-acre sculpture garden that is designed to frame outdoor works. More than 170 trees, including cedar elms, live oaks, crepe myrtles, weeping willows, and magnolias, together with stone pathways, pools, and fountains, define intimate landscapes for quiet reflection and contemplation of works, and create a verdant oasis in downtown Dallas.

  Rangers Ballpark in Arlington is a ballpark in Arlington, Texas, located between Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas. It is home to the American League's Texas Rangers, and the Texas Rangers Baseball Hall of Fame.The stadium contains 5,704 club seats and 126 luxury suites.

Museum Tower
The Museum Tower is a luxury high rise of 42 stories designed by world-renown architect Scott Johnson. The 122 residences are located in downtown Dallas’ cultural district surrounded by the Morton H. Myerson Symphony Center, the Nasher Sculpture Center, the Winspear Opera house and fronting the proposed Woodall Rodgers Park. Museum Tower is a contemporary masterpiece of urban living that is coveted for its irreplaceable location, its inspiring architecture, its wide array of refined luxuries and its profound connection to all things cultural. Completion scheduled for Spring, 2013.

Omni Hotel-Dallas
The new Omni Dallas Hotel, located in downtown Dallas and connected via sky bridge to the Dallas Convention Center is the newest and much needed convention-convenient hotel. In addition to numerous meeting rooms and an outstanding "sports bar" one can enjoy the biggest commercial art gallery in North Texas and most of the 6,700 are works for sale.   Perot Museum

  The Perot Museum of Nature and Science was designed by 2005 Pritzker Architecture Prize Laureate Thom Mayne and has been named in honor of Margot and Ross Perot.  Located just north of downtown Dallas on a 4.7 acre site, this 180,000 sq ft museum features five floors of public space with 11 permanent exhibit halls.  Its mission is to “inspire minds through nature and science” and fully embraces the natural world and the manmade world, focusing on earth and space sciences, life and natural sciences, chemistry, physical sciences and engineering.  The building demonstrates scientific principles and is used as a teaching tool that provides “living” examples of engineering, sustainability and technology at work.
