  • Successufully negotiated over 1200 contracts giving the competitive edge to buyers and sellers for new and pre-owned homes.
  • Have had extensive experience competitively pricing homes for homeowners, banks and relocation companies.
  • The ability required to negotiate needed repairs to your advantage whether you are buying or selling.
  • Staging experience that creates "WOW" listings.
  • Extensive knowledge of the DFW real estate market including differences in communities, features appealing to buyers in our area and other information.

KNOWLEDGE

We will save you countless hours of research!  We know the areas, the neighborhoods, the builders and the sales statistics.  We will listen to your wants and needs and quickly be able to help you find the home you want in the area you prefer.  We will be able to astutely compare properties and determine a range of prices for a home you want to sell or purchase.  Thoughout the process we will be there to support you with any outside resources which you wil need.

 

Our education includes:

  • A minimum of 18 hours of continuing education consisting of legal and optional classes required every other year by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
  • Educational classes through Ebby Halliday, REALTORS and other oportunities.
  • Earned the Certified Residential Specialist Designation - one which only approximately 3% of agents countrywide have.  Classes are available on an annual basis.
  • Both earned the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation and The Certified Negotiation Experts Designation.  Susan holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialists Designation.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth real estate market that only can be gained by years in the area.
  • Susan graduated from Baylor University and Thomas graduated from The University of Mississippi.
