  • Provide you with your personal Marketing Plan full of everything you need to know about selling your home
  • Offer pricing strategy based on comparable sales, current market conditions, and other factors 
  • Review all documents including the Listing Agreement, Contract, Addenda and Amendments with you so that you fully understand what you are signing
  • Compile a list of upgrades, updates and special features and verify other information such as schools, size and age of home, taxes, utility costs, HOA dues, etc.
  • Assist in setting up appointments for showing the home
  • Set up appointments for photographers and meet them at the home on picture day
  • Provide a Seller's Disclosure Notice and make sure that all interested buyers receive a copy
  • Negotiate all offers on your behalf in accordance with your direction
  • After a contract is executed, facilitate any inspections done for the buyer
  • Prepare a Net Proceeds Sheet at listing and when a contract is received
  • Keep in touch with the buyer's agent and lender from the beginning to make sure the buyer is qualified and things are going smoothly with the loan
  • Review your Closing Disclosure and attend the closing with you
