• Work with your relocation counselor to adhere to any requirements expected by your company or relocation company and to coordinate a smooth transaction
• Utilize your relocation benefits to the best advantage when negotiating an offer
• Be available to assist you on your time schedule
• Be mindful of the stresses associated with a move across the country - or world - and work to seamlessly help you transition into your new location
• We will be your new friends in Dallas and your resource for anything associated with your home purchase
• Give you a "Welcome to Texas" totebag and a Buyer's Information Packet to provide information about the area and the purchasing process in Texas
• Discuss neighborhoods, builders, schools, home styles, location considerations and other things to help you learn about areas you might like to consider
• Set up MLS searches that meet the criteria we determine together
• Plan an organized overview trip (if you have one) and homefinding trips to show you homes
• Provide you with all 35 services which we promise to all of our buyers

Moving from Dallas?  They will:

• Research recent sales, market activity, and other factors in order to give a realistic opinion of value
• Provide you and your relocation company with a Market Analysis and a Marketing Plan
• Give you a binder with information about our services, staging tips, helpful guidelines and other information petinent to the home selling process
• Assist with resolving any repair issues
• Provide you with all 50 services which we promise to all of our sellers
• Work hard to see that you sell your home in your time frame for the highest price possible with the least amount of stress to your family.
• Help you coordinate your closing and move with your relocation company and the buyer.
• Assist with getting the keys to the new buye

It's always a bit scary to move to a new place, and some people think that Dallas is just about as different from their home as possible.  As lifelong residents of Texas and Dallas, for the most part, they know that the people are friendly and welcoming and it doesn't take long to fit right in.  In fact, they will almost guarantee that you will be saying "Y'all", and "Over yonder" and "Fixin' to" to the new friends at your backyard barbeque before you know it!

• Houston and DFW rank #4 and #5 in population behind New York, Los Angeles and Chicago.
• If every person in the world - over 8 billion of them - moved to Texas, there would be almost 936 square feet for every man, woman and child on the planet.
• It Texas were a country, it would be the 8th largest economy in the world - as ranked by GDP.
• Texas is 268,820 square miles.  That is larger than New England, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Illinois combined.
• Texas will almost have over 32 million people and almost 13 million cattle by July 2024.
• The King Ranch has over 800,000 acres and is larger than Rhode Island.
• Texas is the only US state with its own power grid.
